ONLINE TICKETING
Online ticket sales are removed from this website 12 hours PRIOR to the commencement of any event or at the discretion of Herbal Tonic/the event manager. If event is sold out, it will clearly state on the Prices & Tickets page.  If tickets are available to purchase at the door there will be a door price listed on the Prices & Tickets page.

TICKETS
When you have completed your order through our system and it's been approved by the bank, you will automatically be added to our attendance list and receive an email confirmation for your purchase.  You will not be required to bring proof of purchase to any of the events. If you require a receipt/tax invoice please contact us with your request.
 

ADVERTISED PRICES

Pricing is detailed in the "Prices & Tickets" page of our website. However, special consideration is given at our discretion to those in genuine financial difficulty who wish to attend. Please contact us to discuss your situation. 

 

10% of all ticket prices is non-refundable after 31 March 2016 and fully non-refundable from 1 May 2016. Credit may be applied for future events .
 

SOLD OUT EVENT
If an event should be Sold Out, Herbal Tonic and its affiliates are not responsible for any additional expenses that you may have incurred - flights, accommodation, etc.  (ie:  you purchase your flights and accommodation) prior to having your eticket paid for and confirmed.

WEBSITE AND BROCHURE CONTENT
Every effort has been made to ensure that our website, brochure, enewsletter and any associated advertising for our events is accurate at the time of release or printing.  We shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred, injury, damage or loss caused by any unintended inaccuracy that might occur. 
 

PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION
Personal information that you have provided to us is only used for the purposes in which it is given. Your information will never be sold, transferred or shared with any third parties, unless required by law. 

We collect information from you when you book an event, place an order, subscribe to our enewsletter or fill out any forms at one of our events or website. The information may be used to personalise or improve your experience, process transactions or to improve our website and enewsletter.  Your email address will only be used to notify you of updates relating to your purchases, email newsletter, booked events or services.
 

BABES IN ARMS POLICY
Herbal Tonic does not consider our events suitable for children.  However, if taking your child under two years of age to our event, be aware that there are tripping hazards, limited movement in the event space, and potential lack of light in the venue when carrying an infant. Loud and sometimes sudden noises may occur.

Parents choosing to attend events with children are asked to liaise with us. Please be considerate of other participants. If your infant is causing a disturbance, we ask that you temporarily remove the infant from the venue, you may be asked by staff if we feel your child is disturbing other participants.

As the safety of children, parents and other participants is of high importance, these concerns are brought to your attention for your consideration so that you and all other participants can enjoy the event in a safe environment.
 

REFUND POLICY

EVENT REFUND
We do not offer refunds for any of the events. If you are unable to attend one event, we may transfer your registration to another event. Special consideration is given at our discretion, please contact us prior to the event. 

PRODUCT REFUND

Any product sales are non-refundable. 

 

 

CANCELLATION OF EVENT

We reserve the right to cancel, make changes to the itinerary or re-schedule any of the events if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient registrations received or for the safety or comfort of all participants.

 

Sometimes we have to cancel or change the date of an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, inclement weather, speaker emergency, etc.  If we have to cancel or change the date of an event, all attendees will receive an e-mail or phone call to alert them of the change as soon as possible. The attendees will be able to attend the rescheduled event, watch the video of the event or apply the purchase price of the rescheduled event to another event.

 

If Herbal Tonic cancels an event without providing any options, a full refund or transfer will apply (incuding any credit card fees) based on your wishes. Herbal Tonic and its affiliates shall have no responsibility for any additional expenses that you may have incurred if an event is cancelled without providing any options.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
